1. Scope of Website & Content

All articles and playbooks on zamicus.com are provided for informational purposes to help manufacturers evaluate workflow automation opportunities.

2. Engineering, Safety & Compliance Responsibility

AI and workflow automation tools are designed to organize, extract, and route operational data, not to replace qualified engineering, quality assurance, or safety judgment. Clients remain solely responsible for verifying engineering specifications, material compatibility, regulatory compliance, machine safety interlocks, and final product release decisions.

3. Consulting & Implementation Engagements

Specific AI and workflow automation implementation projects are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) and confidentiality agreements executed between Zamicus and the client, which define project scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and ownership of custom workflow configurations.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, guides, and original materials on zamicus.com are the property of Zamicus unless otherwise stated. Client-owned technical data, drawings, and operational records remain the exclusive property of the client.
